Ruth specialises in Property and Private Client.
Her expertise includes residential transactions, as well as preparing and advising on wills and enduring powers of attorney. Ruths previous experience as a Court Interpreter has provided her with a nuanced understanding of the complexities of the law.
In addition to her legal practise, Ruth is the Convenor of the NZLS Canterbury Westland New Lawyers Committee and is also a member of the NZ Asian Lawyers.
Ruth holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Canterbury. She was admitted to the bar in 2024.
Ruth is based in our Christchurch office and also works in our Ashburton and Darfield offices from time to time.
