Lloyds Scully

Lloyds background spans urban and district planning, property, and commercial matters — making her well-equipped to support clients navigating complex environmental and planning issues. 

Prior to joining Tavendale and Partners, Lloyds worked in the resource management team at a large national law firm, gaining broad exposure across RM, property, and commercial law. Earlier in her career, she spent a decade in the City Planning team at Christchurch City Council as Statutory Administration Advisor — a role that provided a strong foundation for her transition into legal practice. 

Lloyds has particular expertise in undertaking due diligence for forestry, farming, and viticulture acquisitions, and advising on district plans and council consultation processes. She is passionate about helping clients engage effectively in RMA processes, ensuring their perspectives are clearly communicated and have the best opportunity to shape decisions that affect them.
