Liam Conaghan

He provides advice on structuring, capital raising, franchising, construction and contracting matters, and regularly acts for one of the big four banks in New Zealand advising on financing transactions, including the bank’s security arrangements. Liam is also experienced advising on the sale and purchase of ASX listed companies, and has advised on large debt restructures, including on the issue of zero-rated convertible notes.

With a background in both accounting and law, he brings an in-depth and varied commercial skill set skill set to all matters that arise.

Outside of work, Liam is involved in the community and holds a board position on a Christchurch based charitable foundation.
