Liam is an Associate in the firm’s Commercial team. His experience spans banking and finance, corporate structuring and governance, and general commercial advisory work.
In particular, he advises small and medium-sized enterprises, working with owner-operators and growth businesses on acquisitions, divestments and restructures. When disputes arise, he supports clients in reaching a commercially sensible and efficient resolution,
Liam also advises on corporate governance matters, including shareholder arrangements and constitutional frameworks, and brings practical insight through his role as a trustee of a large Canterbury-based charitable trust.
He is also involved in sports-related mandates, advising on investment and commercial structuring in professional leagues.
