Honor is a Senior Associate in our Property and Agri-Business teams, with extensive experience in property law. Her expertise spans large-scale acquisitions, divestments, leases, Crown leases, livestock and grazing contracts, developments, and subdivisions.
Notable projects include advising a $100 million dairy syndicate on a complex restructure, including a $60 million refinance and the urgent purchase of a $10 million farm, managing due diligence and compliance. She also guided a non-farming client through the acquisition of a $20 million Crown Pastoral Lease, handling project management and negotiation.
In addition to her property work, Honor provides expert advice on succession planning. Her calm demeanour builds client trust, enabling her to deliver tailored and effective solutions.
