His proficiency covers a broad spectrum of property-related matters. He handles everything from conveyancing and due diligence for first-time home buyers, reviewing residential building contracts, advising both clients and builders on "turnkey" and house-and-land package transaction, to managing complex acquisitions involving large tracts of land for future development.

Callan is also highly skilled in managing subdivisions, whether it's small-scale boundary adjustments, boutique projects like converting cross-lease properties into freehold sections, or extensive 100-lot subdivisions, including pre-sales and settlements.

In addition to his work on subdivisions, Callan has significant experience in complex easement projects, including registering easements for extensive irrigation schemes spanning many titles. He also addresses a range of other property law issues, such as boundary disputes, fencing matters, tenancy issues, and property sharing agreements.

Callan also provides expert guidance to lenders on the property law aspects of institutional lending, Body Corporates on the intricacies of the Unit Titles Act, and charities and incorporated societies when property related issues crop up.
