With more than 25 years’ experience, Anthony is a leading specialist in employment and industrial law, and health and safety. He acts for a wide range of major corporates, the New Zealand Government, and local authorities on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious issues. He advises multinational companies on the interpretation and application of employment law across borders.
A trusted advocate, he regularly represents employers in collective bargaining and provides expert guidance on the collective bargaining provisions of the Employment Relations Act 2000.
