Andre is a key member of our Litigation team, renowned for providing practical and astute advice that results in disputes being resolved efficiently and in the best commercial interest of his clients.
His areas of focus include all forms of commercial litigation with a particular emphasis on construction disputes, contractual matters, interim injunctions, and insolvency. His clients include public and private sector entities.
Andre has appeared both solo and as junior counsel in the High Court, the District Court, and various tribunals including the Building Disputes Tribunal. He has also assisted clients at arbitrations and mediations.
Andre is a member of the New Zealand Law Society, Society of Construction Law and of RITANZ (the Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association of New Zealand).
Andre is based in our Christchurch office.
