Aleisha Dawson

She specialises in mergers and acquisitions, complex cross jurisdictional manufacture, supply and distribution arrangements, contract reviews and negotiations, company structures, general financing, privacy, and terms of trade. She also advises on capital raises, including in respect of the Financial Market Conducts Act 2014 requirements.

Well versed in franchise and consumer markets, Aleisha advises franchisors involved in a range of sectors, including construction and motor vehicle, in relation to national terms of trade and brand protection. She also acts for franchisees on the sale and purchase of franchised businesses.

With experience spanning both the government and private domains, together with inhouse secondments in client organisations, including for a NZX listed company, Aleisha has a rare insight into the wider commercial context in which our clients operate.

Aleisha is currently board secretary for a large Southland dairy farming company.
