Ainsleigh advises lenders and borrowers on a wide range of financing transactions, including corporate financing, property and development funding, and rural finance. She brings a refreshingly practical approach to her advice, regardless of the size or complexity of the transaction, helping clients achieve efficient and successful outcomes.
With particular expertise in property finance and development funding, Ainsleigh regularly works with both lender and borrower corporate entities on complex financing arrangements. She has significant experience acting for banks and non-bank lenders on major developments, as well as advising NZX-listed borrowers on transactional refinancing and bespoke funding projects - including infrastructure funding under the Infrastructure Funding and Financing Act 2020.
In addition, Ainsleigh advises clients on regulatory matters relating to AML/CFT, such as reviewing compliance programmes and assessing how the regime applies to their businesses.
