Adam Drake

He advises on a range of commercial matters, with a particular focus on mergers, acquisitions, construction and general commercial matters.

Before qualifying as a lawyer, Adam worked as a project engineer in the oil and gas industry, giving him firsthand knowledge of the construction industry and the practical challenges that arise.

Adam has a strong process driven approach to developing practical, commercially sounds outcomes for clients.
