Alexandra Isherwood Named in PCNZ’s 2026 Women of Impact in Property List

  • TP Updates

We are delighted to announce that our own Alexandra (Alex) Isherwood has been recognised in Property Council New Zealand’s inaugural Women of Impact in Property list for 2026.

This honour celebrates 30 wāhine who are making a meaningful contribution to Aotearoa’s built environment across development, design, engineering, strategy, policy and project leadership; and acknowledges the many ways women shape the places our communities live, work and thrive.

Alex’s recognition reflects exceptional talent, commitment and leadership. As a leading property development lawyer, her influence over the past year has been instrumental in guiding Nelson’s built environment through a period of significant community challenge and recovery. Her steady leadership has supported purposeful, well‑considered development, combining legal excellence with a deep sense of stewardship. She brings clarity to complex processes while championing development that meets immediate community needs and supports resilient, intergenerational placemaking.

Congratulations to all the wāhine acknowledged this year - may your vision, leadership, and dedication continue to inspire and shape thriving communities across Aotearoa.

Aroha atu, aroha mai.
